Awaiting resolution, as I was just signing up last night when I received the SSL error message. I want to signup for a family plan and it appears as though this is done within the parent mode of the app.
Dear any update on the resolution for the SSL error, i am no longer able to log in to Boomerang on my iPhone device
I need to unlock my son's mobile as he is going on a trip and need this done as soon as possible please, this is urgent
Past the SSL error. Now, receiving “An error occurred during server request. Please contact support for help.” With a reset password and a cancel button.
The error was
Error: An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made.
Now however i am told password is incorrect, when i attempt to reset the password i get the following error
Server Error in ‘/’ application
could not laod file or assembly 'newtonsoft.jason version = 7.0.0.0.0 Publick Key Token ………
Your help or hint is highly appreciated, no feedback from support for two days now

I am having the same issue as Robert!!!!!!! is this a beta software!!! the error message are very strange for a production ready! application

Hi JP, the SSL issue no longer appear, but now I am not able to log in on my mobile; i can log in on my computer in a web browser, so the password is correct, but when i attempt to log in from the app on my Apple iphone as a parent i get the message
An erro occured during server request. please contat support for help (then the two options i have are to reset password or Cance)
But as mentioned the password is correct and i even reset it twice in my computer browser

I'm getting the same issue with password reset option. This is very frustrating I paid for a year subscription to deal with a flaky app. Please resolve this issue.

Hi Folks - all remaining issues such as login and commands from parent / web dashboard to child devices should now be resolved. Please confirm if this is also your experience. If you already have an open ticket with us, please reply to that so we can confirm we have fixed the remaining issues for all. A massive thanks for your patience as we worked on this.
