Solution for Samsung Devices
Turn off the Multi-Window option under the Samsung Knox features. Access this area from our web dashboard (coming to parent mode soon).
- Login to our web dashboard
- Tap on your child's device
- Tap on the Advanced tab
- Remove the checkbox on Disable Multi-Window
