Hi Bret - on by default. As mentioned above, on some devices the swipping block isn't perfect yet. Have you seen it in action?

With our new beta, we are testing a "swipe block" feature when time's up so the notification bar will swipe back up when it is swiped down. The challenge is if the replies are being down on the loc...
