How do I upgrade to SPIN+?

You can upgrade directly within the SPIN Safe Browser app on your iOS or Android device. Tap the SPIN+ icon or go to Settings > Upgrade. Payments are handled securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Because your subscription is tied to your Apple or Google account (not a separate SPIN login), you must cancel through your device settings:

• On iOS (iPhone/iPad): Open Settings > Tap your Name at the top > Subscriptions > Select SPIN > Tap Cancel Subscription.

• On Android: Open the Google Play Store > Tap your Profile Icon (top right) > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > Select SPIN > Tap Cancel Subscription.

• On macOS: Open the App Store > Click your Name (bottom left) > Account Settings > Scroll to Subscriptions and click Manage.

Note: To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

I bought SPIN+ on my iPhone. Can I use it on my Android?

Subscriptions are specific to the store platform where they were purchased.

• If you bought SPIN+ on iOS, it will work on all your Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac) signed into the same Apple Account.

• If you also use an Android device, the Google Play Store does not "see" the Apple purchase, and a separate subscription would be required for that platform.

How do I request a refund?

As a developer, we do not have access to your payment details or the ability to issue refunds directly. All refund requests must be processed by the store where you made the purchase:

• Request an Apple Refund: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and select "Request a refund."

• Request a Google Play Refund: Go to the Google Play Refund page or use the "Report a Problem" feature in your Play Store Order History.

I reinstalled the app and my SPIN+ features are gone. What do I do?

Don't worry, you don't need to pay again! Simply open the SPIN app, go to the upgrade screen or settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." As long as you are signed into the same Apple or Google account you used to buy SPIN+, your premium features will reactivate immediately.

Can I share SPIN+ with my family?

Yes! SPIN Safe Browser supports Apple Family Sharing and Google Play Family Library, provided you have configured those features within your Apple or Google account settings.
