All About Filter Chrome's Unique Token System:
Filter Chrome has a Prevent Removal feature which "locks in" Filter Chrome so that it can't be easily uninstalled. This Prevent Removal feature also "locks in" the Filter Chrome configuration too so that existing custom blocks for sites & apps can't be unblocked.
To adjust the Filter Chrome configuration or to uninstall, a Token must be requested.
The Token can be requested from the "Lock Icon" that is prominently shown in the top right corner of the Filter Chrome App.
Self-Accountability: Once you request the Token, a "countdown" timer will appear in the Notification Bar and once the "countdown" is complete, the Token will be sent to you email address that you entered when you requested the Token.

Tips: Ensure that the email address that you entered when you requested the token is valid and that you have Notifications for Filter Chrome enabled. Do not interrupt the "countdown" (restart device) otherwise, you will have to start over and request the Token again.
Accountability Partner: Once you request the Token, the Token is immediately sent to your Accountability Partner's email address (that you previously setup when you selected your Accountability Partner) and then you can connect your Accountability Partner via normal human methods.
Permanent Notification Not Enabled? If you have turned off the permanent notification, then no Token will be sent. Filter Chrome is smart enough to detect this situation and when you go to the Token Request screen, you will see an action to "Go To Settings" and tapping this button will allow you to enable the permanent notification so that the Token system works.
