How do I update the logs for my child - or does it update automatically?

On Android child devices, we store all the information such as App Usage, App Inventory, Web Browsing History, YouTube Viewing History, Call Logs, Text Logs and Text Content, Location and other Events into our ‘folder’ on the child device and then upload it periodically to our server (the default is every 3 hours which provides a good balance of frequency and efficiency.)  You can tweak things further: 

1. You can always make the child device check into our server immediately by opening Boomerang on the Child Device, tapping 3 dots and then Update Status.
   
   
2. You can increase or decrease the check in frequency.  Login into the Boomerang Web Management Dashboard and then click on the Account Tab.  Here you will see the Check In Frequency and can adjust it.
