My child got a new phone. Do I have to pay another fee or can I transfer license over to his new phone? (Replacements/Upgrades)

Congratulations to your child on their new device; The license is fully transferable to a new device!  

Here are the steps involved to transfer your license: 

1. Enroll the new device into your account – it will join under a 14 day evaluation.
2. Login into the Boomerang Web Management Dashboard and go to the Licensing Section (Click Account, then Licensing)
3. Now “X” the old device and then a drop down box will appear where you can add the new device. 
   

Another Method:

Visit the Boomerang Web Management Dashboard and then delete the old device by clicking on the hammer and screwdriver near the old device name.  This will free up that license.  Then go to the licensing section which is under Account/Licensing in the web management dashboard and here use the drop down to apply the license to the new device. 

Note: Sometimes a device can’t be deleted immediately (locked by our database); if so, try again and on the 2^nd or 3^rd attempt, it will get deleted.  If you have any issue, just let us know and I will go into our backend and do it for you.
