How do I make a purchase without using PayPal?

In total, there are three ways to purchase:

1. From your Android phone running in parent mode. When you go to “Manage Family Devices” and click on child device, you will see a “Purchase via Google Play” call to action.
2. From your child’s Android phone: open Boomerang, click on the 3 dots and then Management (enter PW) and here you will have the Purchase via Google Play.  Your child’s Google Play Account would be used.  And if you have a Google Play account, you can temporarily add it to make the purchase and then remove it after.
   
   
3. From the web management dashboard licensing section located at: https://app.useboomerang.com/My/Settings/Licensing.  Here the only option is PayPal.
