Should I block my child's Settings to prevent removal?
Full Question:
Hi there. I am setting up Boomerang on my son's phone and notice that the android settings can still be accessed. This has not been the case with other parental control apps. Is this correct? Or to I need to add Settings to blocked apps?
Answer:
Ensure that you have set Boomerang's security so that it can't be uninstalled without the password by enabling "Require Password for Uninstallation." We prompt for this by default when you install Boomerang on Your device, running in parent mode. For full details, check out our post on this:

Then, it is not essential to block the Settings App and often that creates other issues such as the child being able to attach to a new WiFi location.
