Why Am I Getting Unknown Number Text and/or Call Alerts for Contacts?

Issue: Recently entered Contacts are not registered with Boomerang immediately.
The Contacts will automatically update on the Frequency Schedule - check out: How do I update the logs for my child - or does it update automatically?

Solution: Force the child device to register the Contacts immediately.
You can force the child device to update the Contacts immediately. To do so, open Boomerang on the child device, tap 3 dots and then Update Status. This then forces the Contacts to register with Boomerang.
