Why are commands from parent mode are slow?

In our experience, an average of 20 seconds seems to be normal for all commands to successfully apply to your child's iOS device and report back to our parent mode app. Here are some tips on why it could be taking longer:

1. Is your child’s iOS device in Airplane mode? We do require an internet connection to perform our magic so if the Wi-Fi or Cellular connections are disabled, we will not be able to communicate with your child’s device.
2. Is your child's device turned off? Once it’s charged up and turned back on, the changes will then apply to the device as we queue them on our servers.
