Why are some apps on my child's iPhone/iPad still available during bedtime?

We hide all user installed apps (those that do not come with the iOS device), plus built-in iOS apps such as FaceTime and Safari.

Apps such as: Messages, Calendar, Phone and the other remaining apps are the ones that originally come loaded by Apple and can't be hidden during time-outs or Scheduled Screen Time.
