How do I monitor text and calls on my child's iPhone?

The iOS (Apple) environment is more limited in its nature and monitoring calls and text messages on an iPhone is currently not possible.

For iPhones, what is of high value is location tracking and the ability to geofence, the ability to prevent in-app purchases and content restrictions such as removing apps by age restriction (ex: since the YouTube app is 17+, you would set the age limit to 12+ thus the YouTube app would be removed from your child's device). We can also remove access to the iTunes and App Stores to limit the content and apps your child downloads.
