How to rename a device?

This articles shows the steps to rename family devices after they've been paired to your family group. This applies to all Android or iOS devices.

Login to our web dashboard with your group email and password

Once logged in, click on the icon next to the device name to show a secondary menu. If on a computer/laptop, you can also double click on the device name to rename it. 

Rename Child Devices from Parent Mode

Parent mode, available for Android and iOS, can rename child devices. 

1. Tap on the three dots on the top right or a child device
2. Tap Rename device from pop up menu
