How to rename and delete devices from your Family Group

The following actions can be performed from our web dashboard or via parent mode (Android and iOS). 

Rename and/or Delete your family devices

Child devices can be renamed from our web dashboard or via parent mode. Parent devices must be renamed via our web dashboard.

Parent Mode (Android and iOS)	Web Dashboard (any devices)
Rename or delete any child devices from Parent Mode.  Open Boomerang on your parent device  Tap on the three dots of a child device Rename or Delete the device	Rename or delete all devices from our web dashboard. Login the the web dashboard with your group email/password  From the Family Devices List > click on the "action" icon to present the menu as per screenshot. Click Rename or Delete

Troubleshooting

If the deletion doesn't work right away, try refreshing and attempting the deletion again.
