How to Reset Your Boomerang group Password

To reset your Boomerang group password, enter your group email address into the password recovery form: https://app.useboomerang.com/Account/RestorePassword.

You can confirm the email you are using via our Boomerang Parental Control (Android and iOS): 

• Open the app

• Tap the the gear icon in  top right (Android) or top left (iOS)

An automated email containing instructions and a link to choose a new password will be sent within a minute. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder. To ensure delivery, consider adding pleasereply@useboomerang.com to your email provider's safe senders list.

Note: Your new password takes effect on your devices once they restart and reconnect to our servers. To sync immediately, open Boomerang, tap the 3-dot menu, and select Update Status.
